We look for passionate founders who are disrupting the status quo in the market they operate in. We invest in Ohio-based companies or alongside Ohio-based funds. If you are not located in Ohio, but you have Ohio-based funds participating in your round, we will consider participation.

What We Offer

A single source and process to access a large number of Angel Investors across the state. A professional and friendly experience to present their startup to the angel community. Even if the collective does not invest, we want to be helpful for founders across the state. Founders will have access to resources and peer groups introduced through the collective for support and encouragement along the journey.

What to Expect

We will review your application and contact you if we have interest in learning more. If so, we will reach out to schedule a pitch to our team. After the pitch, we will conduct initial diligence before releasing the deal to our membership. If there is significant interest from our membership, we will schedule a live pitch to the Collective while conducting a full diligence process. We will then pool together angel capital into an SPV to write one check into your company.
